FREE WORKOUT! 1st CrossFit Intro class is free!
CrossFit Mean Streets is a gym operated by Competitors. We compete in the sport of fitness and are ready to do the unknown and the unknowable full time. We train our athletes in the gym the same way. We want our people capable of all tasks this world has to offer. This is a gym made for people who want to be good at everything and make no excuses about it.
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words: ■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds,
some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep
intake to levels that will support exercise but
not body fat.
■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean,
squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly,
master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups,
dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to
handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
■ Five or six days per week mix these elements
in as many combinations and patterns
as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
Keep workouts short and intense.
■ Regularly learn and play new sports.

I was talking to a friend today and he told me a story:
He was sitting on the beach just watching people go by. At some point a bunch of older people came walking by, a group of them. And to him they looked like a bunch of penguins waddling by.
Immediately behind the group there was [...]

This will be through adjustments in their training, diet, lifestyle, and attitude. And this all happens through specifically programed workouts, atmosphere, coaching, and all of the other luxuries [...]
