CrossFit Mean Streets is a gym operated by Competitors. We compete in the sport of fitness and are ready to do the unknown and the unknowable full time. We train our athletes in the gym the same way. We want our people capable of all tasks this world has to offer. This is a gym made for people who want to be good at everything and make no excuses about it.
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds,
some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep
intake to levels that will support exercise but
not body fat.
■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean,
squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly,
master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups,
dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to
handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
■ Five or six days per week mix these elements
in as many combinations and patterns
as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
Keep workouts short and intense.
■ Regularly learn and play new sports.

Where do your members park?
Every class has free street parking except for the 4:30 class.
Meters are off before 8am and after 6pm. So you are free to park at a meter or on curb across street.
9am, and Saturday class park on curb across street.
Sunday anywhere.
What are your drop in rates?
Hi Mike.
We only do drop in from visiting members of other affiliates. In which case is 20 dollars. This would most commonly be utilized from people visiting from out of town.
Affiliate Owners can WOD for Free.
We do not allow regular drop ins. Everyone working out in the gym must be dedicated to themselves and be a consistent member.
