-Newcomers to CrossFit must complete 3 out of 6 Fundamentals classes before attending a CrossFit class.
-6 out of 6 Fundamentals classes should be completed in the first month to make sure comprehension of movements is complete
-Attending an Intro or Fundamentals class is a recommended 1st step to the gym.
FREE WEEK:
We welcome you to join us for a free week to try out the gym. Classes welcome to you are:
-Intro Class
-Fundamentals
-Whip Conditioning
You will not get to experience a CrossFit Class. But you will get to experience the gym, community, and how we coach. Also this is a good time to get your mandatory fundamentals classes done. No commitment at all. We do not ask for a credit card.
Unlimited Classes:
month to month: 300 per month
6 month commitment: 259 per month
12 month commitment: 219 per month

Hi Eric. Our prices are just on a monthly basis. We believe fitness is a lifestyle and not a twice a week thing. Everyone who trains here is totally committed and coming very often.
