CrossFit Mean Streets is a gym operated by Competitors. We compete in the sport of fitness and are ready to do the unknown and the unknowable full time. We train our athletes in the gym the same way. We want our people capable of all tasks this world has to offer. This is a gym made for people who want to be good at everything and make no excuses about it.

World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds,
some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep
intake to levels that will support exercise but
not body fat.

■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean,
squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly,
master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups,
dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to
handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

■ Five or six days per week mix these elements
in as many combinations and patterns
as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
Keep workouts short and intense.

■ Regularly learn and play new sports.

Training Options

CrossFit Mean Streets offers a variety of training options. All sessions are appointment based.

Workout from home

All Workouts of the Days (WODs) will be posted on the blog feed. Subscribe to the posts and do the workouts from home. Remember to scale the workouts down to your level. DO NOT go past your limits for the first few weeks. Eventually every WOD should be attacked at full intensity. The WOD is plenty enough for a days workout, you should be THRASHED after each and every WOD.
Remember to take days off. Go 3 days on 1 day off or 5 days on 2 days off. If you have any questions get in contact with us!

Private Personal Training with Ronnie Teasdale

Ronnie graduated from Oakland University with a degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology. Along with his degree in Exercise Science his certifications include:

Ronnie is a well experienced trainer of both private and groups. He has a passion for fitness and health and is constantly absorbing more information that will benefit his clients. Private training with Ronnie will include personal attention and focus to your biomechanics in the gym and your lifestyle out side of the gym.

This is an option for regular training or as a supplement to your routine.

Cost: $220/hour

All of the coaches that train at Mean Streets are dedicated and passionate about health. Together you will work as a team to put you in the right frame of mind, and atmosphere to allow you to harness your potential as a human being.

Cost: starting at $85 an hour

One on Two Training

Share the cost of Private training with a friend!
Cost: $65/person
